Psychology Graduate – Learning Support Assistant (LSA)

Location: Newcastle upon Tyne
Pay: £90–£115 per day
Contract: Full-time, Term-time only

We’re working with a number of secondary schools across Newcastle looking for caring, curious and proactive graduates to support students with additional learning needs. You’ll help young people to manage their emotions, stay engaged in lessons and build confidence day by day.

You’ll be ideal if you:

  • Hold a degree in Psychology or a related subject

  • Are passionate about supporting young people to reach their potential

  • Can build calm, positive relationships with students and staff

  • Are keen to gain experience before moving into teaching, educational psychology or mental health roles
