Psychology Graduate Behaviour and Wellbeing Assistant
Location: South Shields
Pay: £90–£110 per day
Contract: Full-Time, Ongoing
This Behaviour and Wellbeing Assistant role is suited to a psychology graduate with a strong interest in child behaviour, emotional wellbeing and SEMH support.
You will support pupils who experience emotional dysregulation, challenging behaviour or difficulties engaging with learning.
The role includes:
• Providing emotional and behaviour support throughout the school day
• Supporting pupils during moments of dysregulation
• Encouraging emotional awareness and reflection
• Supporting classroom learning and routines
• Working closely with pastoral and SEN teams
This role offers valuable experience for graduates interested in therapeutic or educational pathways.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
