Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Psychology Graduate to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to apply your academic knowledge in a practical setting, gain valuable hands-on experience, and contribute to impactful mental health initiatives within the local community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in delivering psychological support programs and workshops.

  • Conduct assessments under supervision and contribute to care planning.

  • Collect, analyse, and report on data to support ongoing research and evaluation.

  • Support the team in providing evidence-based interventions and strategies.

  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to ethical and professional standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or equivalent.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Interest in mental health, wellbeing, and community support.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

  • Willingness to undertake training and professional development opportunities.

Desirable:

  • Experience in mental health, social care, or counselling settings.

  • Knowledge of therapeutic approaches and psychological assessment tools.
