I am recruiting for a PSHE Teacher for a school based in Hackney working at a mainstream secondary school for students aged 11- 16. 

The ideal candidate must be enthusiastic, determined and passionate, an individual who is committed to achieving high standards and developing the potential of each student.

One of the key values of the school is to provide an inclusive environment where pupils are encouraged to be the best they can be; offering a variety of opportunities for students to pursue their studies both inside and outside of the classroom.

In the most recent Ofsted inspection this school was rated Good, maintaining a high quality of teaching and the development of the students.  

This school is located in the heart of Hackney and is in close proximity of the A12 with parking available and good public transport links nearby.

 

Requirements of a PSHE Teacher:

  • QTS/NQT’s qualification or equivalent
  • Clear understanding of the curriculum
  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills
  • Support the use of ICT equipment
