The Role
• Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 depending on your strengths
• Providing 1:1 and small-group support in core subjects
• Assisting with planning, classroom routines and behaviour management
• Helping pupils with SEND, including ASD, ADHD and EAL
• Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to support learning goals
• Encouraging confidence, independence and positive learning habits
What I’m Looking For
• Previous school-based TA experience — essential
• Strong understanding of primary classroom expectations
• Confident supporting pupils with varying needs
• Calm, patient and proactive approach
• Ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff
• Someone reliable, organised and child-centred
