Position: Primary Teacher
We are looking to recruit both experienced and early-career teachers to work as Year 6 teachers in Worthing. This is an important year as students take their SATs and prepare to transition to secondary school. We are seeking teachers who can bring passion and excitement to the classroom, preparing them for their next academic journey with enthusiasm and dedication.
We are looking for candidates who have:
- A recognised teaching qualification and relevant experience in primary education.
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to inspiring a love of learning in young children.
- Strong knowledge of effective teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
- Creativity and enthusiasm to create dynamic and interactive lessons that engage and motivate students.
- The ability to de-escalate challenging behaviours.
- A good sense of humour (it helps!)
