From phonics groups to maths interventions, you’ll play a key role in helping pupils feel confident, supported, and ready to learn.
What you’ll be doing

Supporting teachers across KS1 and KS2

Working 1:1 and in small groups to boost progress and confidence

Using clear behaviour strategies to maintain a positive learning environment

Helping pupils feel safe, settled, and ready to learn

Collaborating with staff to adapt learning and celebrate success
