What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Deliver outstanding classroom teaching across primary year groups, in line with the trust’s values and curriculum framework

  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all pupils feel supported and encouraged to achieve their best

  • Collaborate closely with colleagues and wider school staff to promote a consistent and effective approach to teaching and learning

✅ What We’re Looking For:

Essential Qualifications & Attributes:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE

  • A strong commitment to delivering inspiring, pupil-focused lessons

  • A genuine passion for teaching and supporting young learners

  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills

  • The ability to adapt teaching methods to suit a variety of learning needs

Desirable:

  • Experience working within primary schools or a multi-academy trust

  • Additional training or certifications in education or SEND
