We are recruiting Early Career Teacher's to work in our amazing schools in the Eastbourne area. 

As an early career teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping young minds and inspiring a love for learning. Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Hold a recognized teaching qualification and have the right to work in the United Kingdom.

  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Show flexibility and adaptability in meeting the diverse needs of students and adjusting teaching strategies accordingly.
  • Have strong organizational skills, including time management and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
