Job Duties:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons for primary school students in line with the national curriculum
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to students, parents, and colleagues as necessary
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student well-being and achievement
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student learning and development
- Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development activities
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Previous experience teaching in a primary school setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a primary school
Knowledge and Skills:
- Sound knowledge of the national curriculum and educational best practises
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students
- Strong classroom management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional certifications in special education or relevant areas
- Experience working with EAL (English as an additional language) students
