Primary Tacher | Maldon

Are you a creative, enthusiastic, and encouraging teacher? We are seeking a passionate Primary Teacher to join our friendly primary schools in Maldon and surrounding areas. Our schools are dedicated to creating a happy, nurturing environment where pupils are inspired to learn and thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning and Delivering Lessons: Create engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of all students, ensuring a stimulating learning experience. ✏️
  • Monitoring Progress: Assess student progress and provide timely, constructive feedback to pupils, parents, and colleagues.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with fellow teachers and staff to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
  • Fostering Growth: Contribute to the social, emotional, and academic development of students, ensuring every child feels safe and motivated. ‍

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Previous Experience: Experience teaching in a primary school setting.
  • Curriculum Knowledge: Confident understanding of the primary curriculum and a passion for delivering engaging lessons.
  • Skills: Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Community Engagement: A willingness to actively participate in the wider school community. ‍‍‍
