Protocol Education is currently recruiting for a Primary Teacher for a 2-form entry school in Shropshire.


The school has 390 students on roll and is part of a trust federated with a small number of other schools in the local area. They are committed to working with children, families, and the local community to provide an enriching learning experience that prepares their students for the future.

The school is looking for a Primary Teacher with experience working with SEND in a mainstream setting. The classes consist of around 30 students and have an in-class TA who supports both students and lesson delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong behaviour management skills, knowledge of preparing students for SATs, and a good understanding of the Primary National Curriculum.

Protocol Education are working in partnership with several multi academy trusts in the area.  Where the total focus is to provide the highest quality of education and pastoral care in to all the schools, developing compassionate, resilient and inspirational young students who can thrive within an ever-changing community. 

Experienced teachers are desired for this role; however, ECTs are also encouraged to apply.

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 3:30 pm (0.8/0.6 & part-time applicants are also encouraged to apply)
Start Date: November 2024
Qualifications: PGCE with QTS/QTLS
