We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teachers to join our dynamic team on a temporary or full-time basis. As a Supply Teacher, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining continuity in students' education, ensuring a seamless learning experience when regular teachers are away.

Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging lessons, following pre-set lesson plans or your own where needed.
- Create a safe, inclusive classroom environment that encourages learning and curiosity.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively, fostering a positive and respectful atmosphere.
- Adapt your teaching style to meet the needs of students with different learning abilities.
- Support students’ development, both academically and socially.
- Administer assignments and assessments, providing feedback where required.
- Collaborate with staff members to ensure curriculum continuity and student progress.
- Keep the regular classroom teacher updated on student performance and behaviour.
- Follow all school policies and procedures, ensuring attendance and reporting are handled correctly.
What We’re Looking For:
- QTS
- Prior experience as a Supply Teacher or in a similar role is a bonus but not essential.
- Strong subject knowledge and the ability to teach across various grade levels.
- Adaptability, flexibility, and the ability to thrive in diverse classroom settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students and staff quickly.
- Organisational skills to manage lesson plans, materials, and assessments effectively.
- Patience, resilience, and a passion for supporting students in their learning journey.
- A valid teaching certification or eligibility to work as a Supply Teacher.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
