Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that align with the National Curriculum, ensuring all students are challenged and motivated to succeed.
  • Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that fosters curiosity, creativity, and a love for learning.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and implementing strategies to support individual learning needs.
  • Build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents, working collaboratively to ensure the holistic development of each child.
  • Contribute to school life by participating in extracurricular activities, school events, and ongoing professional development.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching in a UK primary school.
  • Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and experience in planning and delivering effective lessons.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • A commitment to fostering an inclusive and engaging learning environment where all students can thrive.
  • A proactive and flexible approach to supporting the varied needs of students.
