Job Duties:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons to primary school students.
  • Assess and evaluate students' progress through various assessment methods.
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support students' learning and development.
  • Attend staff meetings, professional development sessions, and parent-teacher meetings.

Required Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Relevant degree in Education or related field.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the UK National Curriculum.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a primary school setting.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong classroom management abilities.
  • Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • Proficiency in using educational technology in the classroom.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate qualification in Education.
  • Experience working with special educational needs (SEN) students.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
