You’ll cover PPA, training days, and staff absences, working from prepared plans and often with advance bookings. If you’re an experienced teacher wanting a better balance or an ECT hoping to build confidence across year groups, supply could be the perfect fit. Full time or part time, you choose the rhythm that works for you.
