Job Duties:
- Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons to primary school students
- Follow the school's curriculum and provide effective classroom management
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to parents and colleagues
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and other school-related activities
- Adhere to school policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and positive learning environment
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Enhanced DBS check
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
Experience:
Previous experience teaching primary school students is preferred
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong understanding of primary education curriculum
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students
- Effective classroom management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional certifications in Special Education or Teaching English as a Second Language (TESL)
- Experience working in a variety of primary school settings
Working Conditions:
This role involves working in a primary school setting, following the school's term dates and daily schedule. The teacher may be required to adapt to different classrooms and teaching styles based on the school's needs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
