Primary SEN Teacher | Bristol & North Somerset | September Start

Protocol Education is working with several fantastic Primary SEN schools across Bristol and North Somerset, looking for enthusiastic teachers to join their teams this September. You’ll be supporting pupils with a range of needs—including autism, communication challenges, learning difficulties, and social-emotional needs—delivering tailored, meaningful lessons that help every child thrive.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Teaching small groups or 1:1 across EYFS–KS2
Adapting lessons for pupils with EHCPs and additional needs
Collaborating with TAs, therapists, and families
Creating a safe, inclusive space where students can flourish emotionally and academically

We’re Looking For:

✅ QTS or equivalent
✅ SEN teaching experience or a strong interest in SEN
✅ Creativity, patience, and a genuine belief in every child’s potential
✅ Confidence in adapting the primary curriculum
