Primary SEN TA – Behaviour and Emotional Support

This SEN Teaching Assistant role supports pupils who may struggle with emotional regulation and behaviour. You’ll help children feel understood and supported, using calm, positive approaches to encourage progress.
Your responsibilities:
• Supporting pupils with emotional and behavioural needs
• Encouraging positive choices and self-regulation
• Providing consistent structure and reassurance
• Supporting classroom learning
• Working as part of a supportive staff team

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
