Local primary schools across Hillingdon and Hounslow are looking for caring, reliable and proactive School Meals Supervisory Assistants (SMSAs) to support pupils during lunchtime.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in children's wellbeing, safety, and lunchtime enjoyment.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise children in the dining hall and playground during lunch breaks

Encourage healthy eating and promote positive behaviour

Support pupils with their meals as needed (especially EYFS and KS1)

Ensure a safe and inclusive lunchtime environment
-
Help with basic first aid (if trained) and report incidents to staff

Promote social interaction and assist with games or activities outdoors
The Ideal Candidate Will:

Have experience working with children (preferred but not essential)
-
Be friendly, approachable and confident in managing groups
-
Understand the importance of safeguarding in schools

Be reliable, punctual, and happy to work during the middle of the day

Have or be willing to apply for an Enhanced DBS

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
