School Administrator – Hillingdon & Hounslow

Location: Hillingdon & Hounslow boroughs only
Full-Time | Term Time Only | £90–£110 per day (PAYE)

Do you have strong admin skills and experience working in a school office?

We’re recruiting experienced School Administrators for long-term and short-term roles in primary and secondary schools across Hillingdon and Hounslow. If you’re confident with SIMS, Arbor, or Bromcom, and enjoy being the organised hub of a busy school environment — we want to hear from you.


Your Duties Will Include:

  • Front-of-house reception duties – answering phones, managing visitors, and handling queries.

  • Daily admin tasks including attendance, registers, filing, and emails.

  • Inputting and managing pupil data using school systems (SIMS, Arbor, Bromcom).

  • Liaising with parents, staff, and external contacts professionally.

  • Supporting the SLT and wider school team with office-based tasks.

  • Upholding safeguarding and confidentiality policies at all times.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous school office experience is essential.

  • Confident using school MIS systems (e.g. SIMS, Arbor, Bromcom).

  • Well-organised, reliable, and a strong communicator.

  • Able to adapt to different school settings with a proactive attitude.

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
