About the Role:
We are working with a warm and welcoming primary school in Loughton who are seeking a confident and adaptable HLTA/Cover Supervisor to support across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HLTA looking for progression or a strong Cover Supervisor ready to take on more responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver pre-planned lessons across the school during teacher absence

  • Support class teachers with interventions and targeted group work

  • Maintain positive behaviour and routines in line with school policies

  • Build strong relationships with pupils and staff

  • Provide feedback on learning and pupil engagement at the end of each session

  • Confident behaviour management

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
