What makes you a great fit:

  • QTS or equivalent and a solid grasp of the KS1 curriculum

  • You know how to plan, teach and assess engaging lessons that stick

  • You’re confident with behaviour management and know how to make learning fun

  • You’re DBS-checked (or happy to apply for one) with two references to hand

  • You’ve got a patient, thoughtful and reflective approach: What should the children know? What do they know now? How can you help them grow?


What you’ll be doing:

  • Delivering well-planned, engaging lessons that meet KS1 expectations

  • Monitoring pupil progress and adapting your teaching accordingly

  • Working closely with parents, colleagues and external professionals

  • Bringing energy and creativity into every lesson to keep learning exciting
