Protocol Education are working with a school in Doncaster, who are looking for a full time HLTA to join their dedicated and enthusiastic team of fabulous children and superb staff. You will be required to teach a full class where planning is provided and the school has a large number of children with English as an additional language and therefore you may also be required to lead intervention sessions. Most importantly the school is looking for someone who is confident to use their initiative and be adaptable to meet the requirements of the school and the children.

The successful candidate will:

•Have a good general level of education, including Maths and English GCSE grade C/5 or above, or further relevant experience in the absence of formal qualifications

•NVQ level 3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent

•Have experience of working within the curriculum

•Be confident with teaching both groups and the whole class

•Have high expectations of all pupils' achievements and behaviour, and a commitment to raising standards

•Have the drive and motivation to create inspiring learning environments and engaging resources

•Possess excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to working as part of a team, being able to communicate effectively with colleagues and external agencies

•Be organised and able to show initiative, reflecting on their own practice

•Be motivated, with a good sense of humour and an eagerness to learn and develop professionally
