Primary Classroom Teacher

A vibrant and community orientated Primary school in Central Bristol is looking for an adaptable and hard-working individual to join their team. The school is home to fantastic facilities which lend to engaging and exciting learning opportunities. Their curriculum ensures that the students truly know the community and space that they are apart of and allow them to become enquisitive about the place that they live in. Staff strive for the best outcomes and journey for each student within the school. Each children is prepared for lifelong learning and the enthusiasm to pursue learning for the rest of theri lives.


Main roles and responsibilites as a Primary Classroom Teacher include:

  • Inspiring, educating, and motivating students using creative resources.
  • Identifying how to support academic development of individual students.
  • Preparing materials and resources ahead of the lesson.
  • Having a holistic approach to teaching – where all students are equal, regardless of individual needs or background.
  • Planning, setting, delivering, and marking classwork and homework.
  • Communicating with parents/carers professionally and regularly.
  • Relevant CPD offered to keep up to date with best practices.

Hours: Monday to Friday - 08:30 – 3:30pm - Full Time.
