We are working with a welcoming and well-run primary school in Loughton who are looking for a confident and capable Cover Supervisor to support learning across the school.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys leading a class, supporting pupils’ learning, and being part of a positive school environment without the pressure of planning or marking.
The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher

Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment

Support pupils to stay on task and engaged

Work across different year groups as required

Be a reliable and professional presence within the school
