We’re looking for a Pre-School Leader to join a friendly, forward-thinking early years setting in Heaton. You’ll lead a passionate team, inspire young minds, and make every day an adventure.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Creating a child-centred environment where every child feels valued, seen, and supported
  • Planning and delivering a creative, play-based curriculum that sparks imagination and early learning
  • Supporting all children, including those with SEND, to make meaningful progress
  • Working with a collaborative, caring team that believes in curiosity-led learning and big smiles
  • Building strong relationships with families and the local community

What We’re Looking For

  • A confident, qualified early years practitioner (Level 3 or above, or QTS preferred)
  • Someone with genuine warmth, energy, and creativity
  • A team leader who can motivate others and bring new ideas to life
  • Experience in supporting children with additional needs is a bonus
  • Most importantly, someone who believes in making learning joyful and inclusive

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
