We are currently recruiting teachers to support local primary schools on both a daily supply basis, as well as longer term cover including sickness and maternity leave and PPA cover Teacher roles.

With excellent transport links and parking at many of its school the borough of Surrey is an excellent place to work as a supply teacher.  With a varied mix across the borough of leafy suburbs to vibrant multi-cultural towns you will benefit from a large pool of schools as varied as the borough itself. 

As a Supply Teacher it is essential that you follow the planning set by the school and ensure that you follow their marking policy at the end of the school day. You will need to be pro-active and think on your feet to ensure that the class are managed well and are able to learn. Once day you could be working in a small 1 form entry, the next a larger academy but what they have in common is look at their supply staff as part of the team, often inviting preferred Supply Teachers back for regular cover and PPA roles.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
