Responsibilities:
- Delivering engaging and inspiring lessons to students of diverse age groups and abilities.
- Developing and implementing effective teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs.
- Managing classroom behavior and fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborating with other educators and school staff to ensure the smooth running of lessons and activities.
- Supporting students' academic, social, and emotional development.
- Completing administrative tasks related to lesson planning, assessments, and reports.
- Adhering to school policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be awaiting one.
- A genuine passion for education and a desire to make a difference in students' lives.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability and flexibility to work in different school environments.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one) to work with children.
