Protocol Education are currently recruiting for outstanding ECT's who are looking for supply work in the Trafford /Altrincham Aarea. 

As an Early Careers Teacher, you will have the unique opportunity to work with students in various schools, gaining valuable experience and making a positive impact on young learners' lives.

Responsibilities:

  • Delivering engaging and inspiring lessons to students of diverse age groups and abilities.
  • Developing and implementing effective teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs.
  • Managing classroom behavior and fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Collaborating with other educators and school staff to ensure the smooth running of lessons and activities.
  • Supporting students' academic, social, and emotional development.
  • Completing administrative tasks related to lesson planning, assessments, and reports.
  • Adhering to school policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be awaiting one.
  • A genuine passion for education and a desire to make a difference in students' lives.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to work in different school environments.
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one) to work with children.
