Post-16 Learning Support Assistant – SEND (Newcastle)
Location: Newcastle upon Tyne
Contract: Full-time
Start: Immediate
Pay: £89.38–£105 per day (PAYE)
A post-16 SEND provision is looking for a Learning Support Assistant to help young people prepare for adulthood.
What you’ll be doing:

Supporting learners with independence and life skills

Assisting with vocational and community-based learning

Encouraging communication and confidence

Working closely with teaching and pastoral staff
What we’re looking for:

Experience supporting young people with SEND

A patient, encouraging approach

Interest in post-16 or transition support

Strong communication skills
