Year 1 Teaching Assistant with Phonics Background.

Location: Camden

A brilliant primary school in Kings Cross in the borough of Camden are looking for a Classroom based support assistant to support Phonics.

The school is newly built and has the best facilities and resources readily available for you to use.

The school is based in Kings cross whereby the closest station is Kings Cross St Pancras. Kings Cross St Pancras station has an international Eurostar which gives you the opportunity to take a quick trip straight to France during the school holidays!

The school is rated 'GOOD' on the Ofsted report and is a two-form entry school.

The school provide Classroom Support Assistants with the opportunity to train and develop and are supportive of all their staff members.

Role: The role consists of supporting children in the classroom with their phonics. Ideally you would need to know the 'Little Wandle Scheme'.

Requirements - You must be available Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 16:00, long-term and full time. You must be able to get to the Camden area and must have SEN experience whether professionally or in your personal life as there will be children with additional needs in the class and they will equally need support.

If you have Classroom based experience already, this is very highly desirable!

The school is close to Kings Cross & St Pancras Station and the transport links around the school are great!

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
