✨ About the Role ✨
As a Performing Arts Teacher, you will lead dynamic lessons in music, drama, and dance, empowering students to explore their creativity and develop their performing skills. You will work across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, helping students build confidence, collaborate, and express themselves through the arts. Your passion for the performing arts will ignite curiosity, creativity, and ambition in every student, encouraging them to reach their full potential.

Key responsibilities include:
Planning and delivering engaging Performing Arts lessons in music, drama, and dance
Inspiring and nurturing student talent, encouraging creativity and self-expression
Creating a supportive, inclusive, and dynamic learning environment
Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback to foster artistic growth
Encouraging students to participate in school performances, productions, and creative projects
Collaborating with colleagues to build and promote a diverse performing arts curriculum

‍ About You ‍
We are looking for a Performing Arts teacher who:
Has a deep passion for the performing arts and loves sharing that enthusiasm with students
Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and a relevant degree in Performing Arts, Drama, Music, Dance, or related field
Has experience teaching performing arts across KS3 and KS4 (ideal, but not essential)
Is creative, innovative, and able to engage students in dynamic and exciting lessons
Has strong communication skills and is a team player, willing to collaborate with colleagues and inspire students
Is committed to providing an inclusive, supportive, and encouraging environment where all students can thrive
