We’re working with a vibrant secondary school in Telford where sport, teamwork, and personal growth are part of everyday life. From your first day, you’ll be joining a community where pupils love getting involved, behaviour is strong, and teachers are trusted to focus on what matters most, great teaching.
This isn’t a run-of-the-mill PE role. It’s a chance to build confidence, encourage resilience, and help young people discover what they’re capable of, both on the pitch and beyond it.
What’s on offer
• A permanent PE teaching role starting September 2025
• Engaged students who enjoy a challenge and thrive on teamwork
• A supportive, collaborative department with minimal paperwork
• Leadership that genuinely values staff wellbeing alongside results
• Clear career progression within a growing Multi-Academy Trust
Who they’re looking for
You’re a confident PE teacher, or an ECT ready to make your mark, who knows how to bring out the best in every student. Whether it’s driving a sprint finish, building team spirit on the field, or helping pupils smash their personal bests in the gym, you make lessons count.
You bring energy, high expectations, and the kind of positivity that lifts a class. If you’ve got ideas for clubs, fixtures, or creative ways to make fitness stick for life, even better.
