Pastoral Support – Graduate Role

A well-regarded secondary school in Camden is seeking a graduate to join their pastoral team. This role involves supporting the well-being and pastoral care of students across Key Stages 3 to 5, working closely with senior leadership to coordinate care and support for pupils.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide daily support for the well-being and pastoral care of students.

Assist in the development and implementation of pastoral programmes.

Liaise with parents, carers, and external agencies to support student welfare.
Candidate Profile:

A recent graduate with a strong academic background.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

A commitment to supporting the personal development and well-being of students.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
