We’re looking for an inspiring Pastoral and Wellbeing Lead to nurture the emotional health and resilience of pupils in a specialist SEN school in South Shields.
Your focus will be on:
Developing a positive, inclusive culture where pupils feel safe, respected and motivated
Supporting pupils with SEMH needs through personalised pastoral care
Implementing wellbeing programmes that promote independence, confidence and social skills
Working closely with families, teachers and external agencies

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
