Love bringing creativity to life with fabric, colour, and a good brief? We’re looking for a brilliant Textiles Teacher to join a friendly secondary setting in Derbyshire (near Sheffield) for two days a week, starting this January and running through to the summer.

This is a lovely role for someone who enjoys the buzz of practical lessons and wants a timetable that gives a bit more balance. You’ll be stepping into a well-equipped department, working with students who genuinely enjoy hands-on making and experimenting.

What you’ll be doing
• Teaching engaging Textiles lessons across KS3 and KS4
• Supporting pupils with practical skills, design ideas, and coursework prep
• Keeping the classroom calm, creative, and well-run
• Bringing your own passion for the subject into every lesson

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
