We are currently seeking a dedicated and caring Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in East London on a part-time basis.
The successful candidate will work closely with pupils who have additional needs, supporting their learning, development, and wellbeing both in and out of the classroom.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 or small group support for pupils with SEN

Assist the class teacher with planning and delivering inclusive learning activities

Support pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural needs

Help create a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment
Requirements:

Previous experience working with children with SEN (school or similar setting preferred)

A patient, empathetic, and flexible approach

Strong communication and teamwork skills

A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
