Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Part-Time Classroom Teacher to join our team for three days a week. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering student learning and development within a supportive and engaging classroom environment. This role includes lesson planning and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that align with the curriculum for three days a week.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that supports students' academic and social-emotional development.
- Assess and monitor students' progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet the diverse needs of all students.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of students' progress and achievements.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff.
