We are currently seeking a passionate Nurture Teaching Assistant who is committed to building strong rapport and improving a child’s school experience through a nurture-based, differentiated curriculum.

This is a genuinely rewarding opportunity for someone who wants to make a meaningful difference to children who may find mainstream learning challenging and need consistency, emotional support, and positive role modelling.

• Support children within a nurture group or targeted setting using a differentiated, nurture-based curriculum
• Help pupils develop social skills, emotional regulation, resilience, and confidence
• Adapt learning activities to meet individual emotional and developmental needs
• Provide consistency, reassurance, and positive role modelling throughout the school day
• Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral teams to support individual learning and wellbeing plans

The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
• Has experience supporting pupils with nurture needs, SEMH, trauma, attachment, or early intervention
• Understands the principles of nurture and the importance of building strong relationships
• Is patient, empathetic, calm, and emotionally intelligent
• Can adapt their approach to meet the needs of different learners
• Has relevant experience or qualifications within education, childcare, youth work, or pastoral support
• Is reliable, committed, and passionate about supporting vulnerable learners

What We Offer
• The opportunity to make a real and lasting impact on a child’s education and wellbeing
• Flexible roles across supportive and nurturing school environments in Uxbridge
• Competitive rates of pay
• Access to nurture and SEND focused CPD and training
• Ongoing support from a dedicated education consultant who truly understands your strengths and goals
