As a Nursery Teacher, you will play a crucial role in laying the foundation for children's learning and development during their formative years.

 

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement a stimulating and age-appropriate curriculum that fosters holistic development in young children.

- Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment where children can explore, play, and learn.

- Plan and deliver engaging lessons, activities, and experiences that cater to the individual needs and interests of each child.

- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and colleagues to support children's learning and well-being.

- Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback and support as needed.

- Maintain accurate records of children's development, attendance, and any incidents or concerns.

- Adhere to safeguarding and health and safety policies and procedures at all times.

 

Requirements

- Relevant UK Nursery Teacher qualifications, including QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent.

- Proven experience working with young children in a nursery or early years setting.

- A sound understanding of early childhood development principles and best practices.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children.

- Ability to adapt and respond effectively to the diverse needs and abilities of children.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
