Nursery Class Teacher
Primary School – Watford

Protocol Education are looking for a warm, enthusiastic Nursery Class Teacher to join our welcoming primary school in Watford.

This is a lovely opportunity for a passionate early years practitioner who enjoys helping young children learn through play and exploration. You will work within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where every child can thrive.

The role is suitable for an experienced teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT) with a genuine interest in early years education.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Has a good understanding of the EYFS framework

  • Creates a caring, stimulating, and inclusive classroom

  • Has high expectations for children’s learning, behaviour, and wellbeing

  • Plans fun, high-quality, play-based learning experiences

  • Uses observation and assessment to support children’s progress

  • Works well with colleagues, parents, and carers

  • Enjoys contributing to the wider life of the school

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
