Job Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and passionate Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioners to join the team. The ideal candidates will be dedicated to supporting the development and well-being of children in our care, working collaboratively with parents, colleagues, and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times.
- Observe, assess, and record children’s progress to inform planning and support.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and carers.
- Work effectively as part of a team, contributing to a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming learning environment.
- Adhere to nursery policies and procedures, including safeguarding and health and safety.
Requirements:
- Level 3 Qualification in Childcare or equivalent.
- Experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
- Excellent understanding of the EYFS framework.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about early years education and child development.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
