Looking for a nursery role that actually feels good to go to every day?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a welcoming, well-loved nursery in Romford where children are curious, laughter is encouraged, and staff are genuinely supported. Whether you’re looking for part-time hours to fit around life, or a full-time role where you can really settle in and grow, this nursery is open to the right person.

You’ll be joining a close-knit team who care deeply about early years, value fresh ideas, and understand that happy staff create happy children. If you love getting stuck into messy play, celebrating tiny wins, and helping children find their confidence, this could be your perfect next move.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children

  • Supporting learning through play, exploration, and meaningful interactions

  • Building warm relationships with children, parents, and your team

  • Supporting children’s social, emotional, and developmental milestones

  • Working in line with the EYFS framework and safeguarding standards

What we’re looking for:

  • A qualified Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or Level 3)

  • Experience in an early years or nursery setting

  • A caring, enthusiastic, and positive attitude

  • Someone who enjoys working as part of a team and brings good energy to the room

What’s on offer:

  • Flexible working options – part-time or full-time

  • A friendly, supportive nursery with strong leadership

  • A role where your contribution is noticed and valued

  • The chance to grow, develop, and build a long-term career in early years

If you’re ready for a nursery role where you feel supported, appreciated, and excited to make a difference, this is one you don’t want to scroll past.
