Are you a caring and qualified Level 3 Nursery Nurse passionate about early childhood development?
We are seeking an enthusiastic and nurturing Level 3 Nursery Nurse to join our team in Ealing and Harrow. This role is ideal for an experienced childcare professional dedicated to providing a safe, engaging, and educational environment for young children to thrive in.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the learning and development of children aged 0-5, fostering a warm and inclusive environment.
  • Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, and physical development.
  • Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining records and communicating regularly with parents and carers.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children by adhering to safeguarding and health & safety protocols.
  • Work collaboratively with other nursery staff to create a positive and supportive atmosphere for children and families.

Requirements:

  • A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education, Childcare, or equivalent.
  • Experience working with young children in a nursery or early years setting.
  • A caring and patient approach, with strong communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
  • Commitment to creating a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment for children.
