Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children aged 0-5 years.
  • Plan and implement engaging activities that promote children's development in all areas, including physical, emotional, social, and intellectual.
  • Monitor and record children's progress, ensuring they are meeting developmental milestones.
  • Work collaboratively with parents and carers to support children's growth and well-being.
  • Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, health, and safety within the nursery setting.
  • Foster a warm, inclusive atmosphere that encourages children to explore, learn, and thrive.

Requirements:

  • A relevant childcare qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Childcare and Education or equivalent).
  • Experience working in an early years setting.
  • A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • A commitment to continuous professional development.
