We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursery Manager & Nominated Individual to lead our nursery in West Bromwich. This is an immediate start role for a professional with strong management and Ofsted experience, ready to make an impact from day one.
The Role:

Lead and manage the nursery, currently with 2 staff and 25 children, with growth potential up to 75 pupils and corresponding staff expansion.

Ensure compliance with EYFS standards and Ofsted requirements.

Act as the Nominated Individual, responsible for safeguarding, regulatory compliance, and overall nursery governance.

Support staff development, training, and performance management.

Drive high-quality early years education and care in a welcoming, safe, and stimulating environment.
Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 3 years’ management experience within an early years setting.

Level 3 qualification in Early Years or above.

Proven EYFS experience and a strong understanding of early years development.

Previous experience as a Nominated Individual or Ofsted management exposure preferred.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
