We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic and committed Nursery Assistant to join our warm and welcoming primary school in Watford with an immediate start. Key Responsibilities

Provide daily care and learning support for children aged 0–5

Create a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment for children and families

Support the planning and delivery of engaging, age-appropriate activities

Promote children’s safety, wellbeing and development at all times

Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high-quality Early Years provision
Requirements

A genuine passion for working with young children

Knowledge of the EYFS framework and early childhood development

A reliable, proactive approach and strong teamwork skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
