A specialist nursery in Tooting are looking for a part time Nursery Assistant to start working from January until July. You’ll be required to work 3 days a week and the hours are 8:30-3:30pm. The nursery provides early intervention and support for children aged 3 and 4 years old who have been identified as needing further support with their Social Communication and Language Skills.
What the role involves:
- Helping to oversee, maintain and organise a clean and child friendly environment
- Taking part in activities both indoor and outdoor, ensuring all children are involved
- Help planning daily activities and contributing your ideas
- Help with personal care and hygiene
What we are looking for:
- Personal or career experience
- The ability to interact with children and staff
- Understanding of child safeguarding and protection
- Willingness to learn
- Committed candidate
