Long Term Full Time Nursery Nurse

Protocol Education is pleased to be working with a lovely and friendly nursery in Hornchurch, who is currently seeking a passionate and caring individual to work as a long term, full time Nursery Nurse.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent care and education to children aged from birth to five years. You must be qualified to a minimum of Level 3 in Childcare and Education and have recent experience working in a Nursery setting.
Responsibilities:
- To be responsible for a group of children, ensuring their welfare, keeping them safe and promoting their development.
- Plan and prepare activities to meet children's needs, interests, and stages of development.
- Creating a positive learning environment for children.
- Communicate effectively with parents or carers and be able to build positive relationships with them.
- Ensure that the indoor and outdoor areas are kept clean and safe and that equipment is maintained.
- Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and other nursery events.
Requirements:
- A minimum of Level 2 / 3 qualification in Childcare and Education.
- Have recent experience working in a Nursery setting.
- Ability to work full time on a long-term basis.
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about providing outstanding care to children.
- The ability to build positive relationships with parents or carers.
