Protocol Education is working with nurseries in South Bristol to find caring, reliable and flexible Nursery and Early Years Support Staff who love helping little ones feel safe, settled and ready to learn.
We’re looking for Nursery Assistants, Early Years Practitioners and Learning Support Staff who enjoy supporting children in their very first years of education. Roles suit people who bring patience, warmth and consistency, and who understand how powerful early relationships can be. At Protocol Education, we take pride in matching staff to short- and long-term roles that fit their experience, preferences and availability.
You’ll mainly be supporting children in EYFS and early KS1, working one-to-one or in small groups. Your day-to-day role will focus on helping children feel secure and confident, supporting play-based learning, early communication, phonics foundations, number awareness and daily routines. You’ll also help model positive behaviour, encourage independence and nurture curiosity through play.
You’ll be joining settings with caring, inclusive cultures where teamwork, kindness and staff wellbeing are genuinely valued.
If you love helping young children take those important first steps in learning, build confidence and feel proud of themselves each day, this could be a lovely next role for you.
